About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an additional Adult Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join their team at the Windsor Clinic in Urbana, Illinois. The Adult Medicine APP will work with a collaborative team including a physician, another APP, a nurse, and a certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. There is a possibility for in-office procedures and a broad scope of patients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate with a team including physicians, APPs, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Perform in-office procedures.
