About The Position

Overnight Caregiver Are you ready for an exciting adventure in caregiving? Join us at our Adult Family Home in Onalaska. As a Caregiver in our group home setting, you'll make a genuine difference in the lives of individuals with autism while working alongside a team that values collaboration and safety. You'll enjoy competitive hourly wage from $18.50 to $19.50 per hour with wage increases PLUS shift differentials up to $4 per hour. Full Time, Tuesday through Friday Midnight - 9:00 AM - NO WEEKENDS!! $2/hour shift differential from Midnight to 7:00 AM Full Time Weekends Only, Friday through Sunday 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM $4/hour shift differential from Midnight to 7:00 AM Saturday, Sunday, and Monday $3/hour shift differential for all other scheduled weekend hours 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM Monday What it's like to be a Caregiver at our Adult Family Home? As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential daily living support to adult male clients in their comfortable group home. Each day will be a unique adventure, where you'll engage in activities that bring joy and enrichment to their lives. Your responsibilities will include cooking meals, tidying up the home, and getting out into community with the clients. You'll also have the opportunity to foster creativity through crafts and games, ensuring that every day is filled with laughter and learning. Requirements

• A passion for helping others is essential, especially when working with individuals with autism.
• Empathetic nature and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
