About The Position

Saint Peter's University Hospital is seeking an Adult Emergency Medicine Physician to join its Adult Emergency Department. Saint Peter's University Hospital is a major academic and community-based medical center providing comprehensive emergency and specialty services. It is a PSLF-eligible employer, centrally located with easy access to New York City and Philadelphia.

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
• MD/DO licensed in the State of New Jersey
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current CDS and DEA required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency and specialty services.
• Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.
• Handle approximately 45,000–50,000 annual adult ED visits.
• Care for an adult patient population (18 years and above) with a high-acuity, diverse case mix.
• Work 8-9 hour shifts, totaling 120 hours per month.
