The Manager, Adult Education & Workforce Programs is a program leader responsible for strategic oversight, integration, and performance of adult education and workforce development initiatives. This role bridges instructional excellence (ESL, ABE, HSE/GED), workforce and employer engagement, and grant-funded program administration. The Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and outcomes-driven services that advance student persistence, credential attainment, and employment outcomes. This position is ideal for an experienced administrator and adult educator with demonstrated expertise in ESL and GED instruction, workforce development, employer engagement, and grant writing. The Manager applies adult learning theory, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and data-driven decision-making to scale impact across multiple funding streams and community sites. Expected Positive Outcomes: Increase measurable skill gains (MSGs), credential attainment, and employment outcomes across adult education and IET programs. Improve instructor performance, retention, and instructional quality through structured coaching and professional development Strengthen employer partnerships to expand work-based learning, build hiring pipelines, and create integrated training opportunities. Ensure 100% compliance with AEL, TWC, and philanthropic grant requirements, audits, and reporting deadlines. Secure new or renewed grant funding through competitive proposals aligned to workforce and adult education priorities
