One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Adult Daycare RN, you will organize and implement nursing care for participants. You will function as a member of the nursing team and perform established nursing procedures and related duties as required. Every day, you will assist with all RN related duties including but not limited to therapy supervision, documentation, and quality assurance. You will work directly with all staff, vendors, participants, visitors, interns, and volunteers to ensure patient safety and care needs are met, and you will report to the Nursing Supervisor. To be successful in your role, you will strategically organize and implement comprehensive nursing care for adult daycare participants, ensuring established procedures are meticulously performed and patient needs are met. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership in supporting therapy supervision, maintaining thorough documentation, and upholding quality assurance standards, all while collaborating effectively with a diverse team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care delivery. Ensure timely medical care is delivered as prescribed via MD orders and established plan of care in accordance with Title 22 Adult Day Health Care regulations Observe and collect data regarding the physical and emotional conditions of participants. Provides concise and timely documentation which includes use of electronic medical records. Accurately documents all treatments and observations on a daily basis. Inform RN Supervisor of any changes in participant conditions in a timely manner. Develops, implements, modifies and documents individual care plans as dictated by regulations and patient change in condition. Ensures the clinic has accurate and current schedules for clinical treatment and personal care needs. Oversees dietary orders for accuracy and implementation.
