Delivering Solutions that Matter: Coordinate daily nursing services and support participant care by collaborating with certified nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout the day. Provide skilled nursing assessments, monitor participants' health status, administer medications and treatments as ordered, follow physician care plans, and practice in accordance with established nursing standards. Recognize and promptly report changes in participants' physical or cognitive condition, implement appropriate nursing interventions, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Educate and guide nursing assistants and other direct care staff on clinical policies, procedures, infection prevention, and best practices while promoting compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse – RN license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
