About The Position

Ebenezer is looking for a Casual Adult Day Program Assistant to join our team in Bloomington, MN. This role is responsible for encouraging socialization and assisting in the planning and implementation of programming needs for individual senior day care participants and groups. The position also involves assisting with personal care duties and is responsible for ongoing charting and case management. This is a casual position with hours Monday-Friday, mainly day shifts, to help fill in advance for preplanned absences/needs and for last-minute support in the schedule. Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus, is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, it offers 137 units between Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Transitional Care. The center has an outstanding team of tenured staff and was named a Top Nursing Home and Transitional Care Center by US News and World Reports for the past two years.

Requirements

Less than 1 year of experience.
Experience with Windows/Microsoft.
Experience working with seniors.

Nice To Haves

Associate of Arts Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree.
1 to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities
