About The Position

Assistance Plus is committed to supporting individuals and families by providing high-quality behavioral health services that promote wellness, independence, and dignity. We are seeking a dedicated Adult Care Coordinator Supervisor (Non-Clinical) to oversee a team of children's care coordinators and ensure that clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate support. The Adult Care Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative supervision to a team of care coordinators who assist clients in navigating behavioral health and community-based services. This position focuses on program oversight, staff development, compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring quality service delivery. While this is a non-clinical role, the supervisor plays a key part in ensuring that care coordination activities meet the needs of clients and align with program requirements and will work in collaboration with the Agency’s Clinical Supervisor. This is a full time (40 hour per week) position located at our Wilton office.

Requirements

  • MHRT/C certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver's license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in care coordination, case management, or behavioral health support services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and care coordination best practices.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
