Requirements
- Hands-on construction experience
- Understanding of site work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
- Ability to manage people, timelines, and budgets

Responsibilities
- Oversee 3-5 active ADU projects simultaneously (12-15 completions annually)
- Manage simple, efficient builds under 900 sq ft
- Drive to job sites daily in a company vehicle
- Coordinate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality control
- Document progress and keep projects on schedule and budget
- Split time between field supervision and office management
