About The Position

Axiom is seeking an AdTech Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support to clients. This is an existing vacancy and is remote. The lawyer will work on digital advertising, data-sharing, and campaign data-flow matters while building collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also offers the opportunity to develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of more than 5,800 lawyers.

Requirements

At least 4 years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
Experience taking on complex projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Active bar license in the state where the candidate resides.

Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.
Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate a wide variety of AdTech agreements.
Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
Resolve digital advertising data-use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Represent the Axiom brand at engagements, with a focus on developing client relationships.
Develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of more than 5,800 lawyers.
