About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across paid advertising, SEO, website performance, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone who can build campaigns, analyze performance, improve systems, and continuously optimize results. You’ll play a key role in helping drive business growth through smarter marketing, stronger lead generation, and measurable performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC, and retargeting
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, targeting, budgets, and lead quality
  • Manage PPC, retargeting, and social media advertising strategies
  • Continuously test and improve ads, audiences, and conversion performance
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Track and maintain key marketing KPIs
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Deliver monthly marketing reports with actionable recommendations
  • Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain a centralized content and asset library
  • Help improve marketing systems and workflows
  • Organize marketing assets, ad creatives, and campaign materials
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams
