About The Position

Requirements
- A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
- At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation, with a strong focus on adoption procedures.
- A strong presence in the courtroom and the ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure.
- Highly organized advocate experienced in drafting adoption petitions, agreements, pleadings, and discovery with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation, with a strong focus on adoption procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful adoption and family law cases from initial intake to finalization with the full support of our marketing and administrative teams.
- Direct private, agency, stepparent, foster care, and international adoption cases under the Texas Family Code.
- Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity during termination of parental rights and finalization hearings.
- Conduct hearings, mediations, and consults using your deep knowledge of Texas adoption laws, regulations, and state agency compliance.
- Help families navigate their most emotional and rewarding chapters with results-driven, empathetic representation.
