About The Position
This leadership position is scheduled for 32 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on resident care. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, support nursing team development, and help ensure high-quality resident care. This leadership position provides the opportunity to mentor staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes throughout the community.
Requirements
- Active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking abilities
- Dedication to providing outstanding resident-focused care
