About The Position

The Remedy Mental Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director of our growing Adolescent Service Line. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a psychiatrist passionate about adolescent mental health who wants to shape the clinical direction and operational infrastructure of a dynamic, integrative practice. In addition to direct clinical care across adolescent and adult populations, this role carries significant strategic responsibilities: building and scaling our adolescent service line and developing clinical workflows to support ages 15 to 17 for TMS treatment programs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, program development, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry, with demonstrated experience treating adolescents.
  • Active or eligible licensure in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or South Dakota; willingness to obtain additional licensure if not already held.
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical program development or service line management.
  • Willingness to train in TMS if not already certified; prior TMS experience is a strong asset.
  • Strong adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills essential to success in a multidisciplinary team.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company does not currently sponsor employment visas.

Nice To Haves

  • Fellowship training or substantial clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
  • Prior experience building or leading an adolescent mental health program.
  • Familiarity with designing clinical workflows in a multi-site or high-volume outpatient setting.
  • Candidates without prior interventional psychiatry experience are encouraged to apply if they are willing to train and adopt The Remedy’s established evidence-based protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable clinical workflows to support adolescent TMS service programs across Remedy clinic locations.
  • Contribute to expanding TMS utilization within the adolescent population where clinically indicated.
  • Provide in-person psychiatric care for adolescent and adult patients in all the states The Remedy operates.
  • Administer and oversee TMS treatments as part of an integrated interventional psychiatry model.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), including those delivering adolescent care.
