Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workfront Fusion implementations and project optimizations
Minimum of 1 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
A minimum of 1 years of experience establishing integration architecture guidelines using APIs, JSON, REST, and data mapping principles across enterprise environments
A minimum of 1 year of experience helping to own Workfront integration strategy and governance across Adobe and third-party platforms, with accountability for adoption and platform health
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Nice To Haves

You have an Adobe Experience Cloud certification in one or more of the following: Workfront, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo, or Adobe Analytics
You have 1+ years of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant
You have 1+ years of experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Fusion scenarios that integrate Adobe Workfront with third-party systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Slack, Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
Translate business requirements into scalable Fusion automations that reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy
Collaborate with Workfront solution architects and consultants to define optimal Fusion-based solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Fusion scenarios for reliability and performance
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and technical discovery workshops
Document integration logic, workflows, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards in all integrations
Support user training and onboarding for Fusion workflows
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to Perform unit testing, system testing, and regression testing for Fusion scenarios; ensure data integrity and error handling.
Keep up with Workfront releases and Fusion enhancements to continuously evolve your toolkit.
