About The Position

The Marketing Reporting Analyst / PM is a business-facing analytics lead responsible for delivering marketing insights and dashboards using Adobe CJA. This role bridges marketing stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring reporting aligns with business goals and is delivered efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in marketing analytics / reporting
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, or similar platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery experience
  • Exposure to executive reporting
  • Marketing analytics & KPI frameworks
  • Adobe CJA (dashboards & reporting)
  • SQL / data validation
  • Dashboard storytelling
  • Agile backlog & stakeholder management
  • Data QA and reconciliation

Responsibilities

  • Define and own KPIs, reporting requirements, and dashboards
  • Translate business needs into CJA metrics, dimensions, and datasets
  • Manage reporting backlog, priorities, and delivery timelines
  • Lead stakeholder sessions, KPI validation, and sign-offs
  • Perform data validation, trend analysis, and insight generation
  • Coordinate UAT, feedback, and production releases
  • Drive executive storytelling and ROI reporting
