About The Position

Accenture Adobe Business Group is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Edge Delivery Services Solutions Architect to work closely with clients on critical digital transformation programs. This role involves leadership, planning, and management of AEM-related client engagements, participating in all aspects of the project lifecycle including estimating, requirements gathering, solution and technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for clients. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will work in support of a client product owner on large-scale implementations, accountable to a program leadership team for the successful delivery of AEM implementations, business enablement, and migration work packages related to content supply chain technology.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years architecting and delivering full-lifecycle software/digital experience projects, including deep hands-on AEM Sites (AEMaaCS and/or 6.x) delivery.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience across Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets) - you’ve architected and delivered full-lifecycle AEM programs.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Edge Delivery Services experience - building/authoring Edge Delivery sites (blocks, document-based or Universal Editor authoring, Git-based dev workflow, aem.live delivery pipeline) and a working grasp of front-end fundamentals (vanilla JS, CSS, Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse performance).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience migrating traditional AEM Sites to Edge Delivery Services (or comparable modern-web re-platforming at enterprise scale).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in each of the following: leading discovery/design workshops; coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and review deliverables; working with remote, global delivery teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  • Adobe Target, Analytics, AEP, Campaign, Workfront, Firefly implementation experience.
  • Multi-brand / multi-site architecture, design-token/design-system governance, and federated component strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops
  • Lead the design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management (AEM) Sites using Edge Delivery Services and Assets solutions.
  • Working with the project manager to define project deliver approach
  • Work closely with clients, product owners, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build state-of-the-art content supply chain solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Be the point person for implementation strategies based on business needs, long-term strategy, and creative design.
  • Champion engineering rigor throughout all AEM projects by promoting concepts such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and detailed documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance to AEM developers and practitioners around best practices in AEM development and configuration - both back-end and front-end execution.
  • Be hands-on with the code and configuration when needed
  • Provide architectural guidance/input around environment configuration, caching, CDN usage, security, etc.
  • Manage project teams of 10 or more people in both onsite and remote, global locations.
  • Lead the design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of AEM Sites on Edge Delivery Services and Document-based / Universal Editor authoring, bridging from traditional AEM Sites (AEM as a Cloud Service / on-prem) where clients are mid-migration.
  • Define and lead Classic-AEM → Edge Delivery migration strategy: content supply chain modeling, template/block mapping, and large-scale automated content import.
  • Champion AI-accelerated delivery - apply AI-assisted development, migration, and content-authoring tooling to compress project timelines, and advise clients on adopting Adobe’s AI capabilities (Firefly, AEM AI Assistant, GenStudio, Adobe Experience Platform/AI Agents) within their content supply chain.
  • Provide architectural guidance on environment configuration, caching, CDN/edge compute, performance (Core Web Vitals), security, and governance.
