About The Position

If you are a team player with prior experience as a receptionist and are tech-savvy, we'd love for you to apply for one of our Admitting Clerk, Float position for the clinics.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Minimum of one year experience as a receptionist, in a clinic setting is preferred.
Bi-lingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors
Contribute to daily clinic operations - process mail, answer phones, take messages, schedule and confirm appointments, etc.
Register patients for visits and confirm information using SLVH's Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Maintain physician schedules
Collect co-payments for visits and refer patients to Billing as necessary
