About The Position
Hastings College is seeking an Admissions Visit and Event Specialist to design and deliver high-impact campus experiences that drive student enrollment. In this role, you will champion the prospective student journey from start to finish—crafting engaging email and social media communications, and leading the end-to-end planning and execution of individual and group visit events.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in event planning or a related field plus one year of relevant experience in event planning or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate impactful on and off-campus admissions events, including Bronco Visit Days and group visits.
- Strategically plan events to maximize recruitment efforts.
- Build relationships and guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process.
- Demonstrate familiarity of curricular and co-curricular areas of the College in order to assist prospective students and their families.
- Supervise all Student Worker - Tour Guides including, assisting in hiring, scheduling coverage, and accurate payroll.
- Host campus visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain expertise in admissions and financial aid processes.
- Oversee the admissions office hospitality area and perform administrative duties.
