About The Position

Student Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent support to BYU-Pathway Worldwide students. This part-time position typically works Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. This position is a remote position. Currently, most employees are working remotely and expected to work 15-20 hours per week during core department hours which are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. This position is temporal and may end at any time. Additional hours may be available and needed during peak service times, such as the beginning of new semesters. Student Service Representatives may sometimes work up to 40 hours based on the employer’s discretion.

Requirements

Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Currently physically residing and able to perform the work in Utah or Idaho.
Willing to come into the BYU-Pathway Worldwide headquarters in Salt Lake City when requested by leadership.
Applicants MUST reside in Utah or Idaho to be eligible for this job.
