About The Position

This role is part of a team of over 31,000 colleagues who create and play together to spark the imaginations of children and LEGO® fans of all ages, all around the world. The Admissions Lead at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus will support the Admissions team during daily operations, ensuring smooth guest flow and a positive guest experience. This position offers opportunities to learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience, train and motivate team members, and support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families. The role involves working closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day.

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
• Can stay calm in busy situations
• Enjoy helping and encouraging others
• Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
• Want to grow into leadership
• Available weekends + holidays (required)

Responsibilities

• Help support the Admissions team during daily operations
• Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
• Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
• Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands-on experience
• Help train and motivate team members
• Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
• Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
