Requirements
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Minnesota. License is active and in good standing.
- Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Two years' experience as an RN.
- CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of home care or hospice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Completes admissions or visits for the Home Care team.
- Direct patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Nursing Supervisor.
- Creating and/or following the plan of care.
- Provide and determine treatments for the patients.
