About The Position

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their mission of closing the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals. This role involves guiding motivated individuals from initial interest to enrollment in Unitek's programs, including Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and diploma programs in Vocational Nursing and Medical Assisting. The Admissions Representative plays a crucial part in ensuring the community has the healthcare workforce it urgently needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews to present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
