About The Position

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in helping to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals. The Admissions Representative will connect motivated individuals with life-changing training, playing a direct role in getting future frontline caregivers ready for their careers. Unitek graduates serve in hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and community health centers, and this position is key to delivering the workforce our communities urgently need.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
