About The Position

Unitek College is on a mission to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals who serve our local communities. This role is crucial in connecting motivated people with life-changing training, helping to deliver the workforce our communities urgently need. The Admissions Representative will guide prospective students from initial interest to enrollment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
