Admissions Registered Nurse, Home Health
About The Position
Be the nurse you always wanted to be at BAYADA Home Health! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Admissions RNs to join our team. This position will cover Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset and Union Counties in NJ! Experience with OASIS documentation and conducting Start of Care visits strongly preferred! Requirements
- A current NJ nursing license in good standing.
- At least one year of related experience, preferably in Home Health.
- Comfortable utilizing an EMR; experience with HCHB a plus!
- Experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OASIS documentation and conducting Start of Care visits strongly preferred!
Responsibilities
- Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
- Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition
