The Admissions Recruiter is primarily responsible for engaging with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person interactions, meticulously documenting all communications in the Salesforce CRM system. Recruiters collaborate with Admissions Advisors and program staff to organize virtual events, such as webinars, and disseminate accurate and timely information regarding the admissions process, program updates, and other relevant prospect information. A key duty is responding to prospects within 48 hours and efficiently managing their database within the Salesforce CRM, the central platform for inquiries, prospects, and applicants. Recruiters utilize Salesforce features for emailing prospects, recording notes, and maintaining data. They work closely with Admissions Advisors to understand the decision-making process, assist with file completion, and may represent Admissions at webinars or recruitment events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One or more years of progressive experience in an organizational setting
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and Application Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with database maintenance
  • Detail-oriented team player
  • Provide high levels of service

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of CRM and Application Systems, such as Salesforce and Banner

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Document all phone calls, emails, and other interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Work closely with Admissions Advisors and programs staff to host virtual events such as webinars.
  • Communicate accurate and timely information about the admissions process, program updates, and any other relevant information related to prospects.
  • Respond to prospects within 48 hours.
  • Efficiently manage their database within the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Use Salesforce features to email prospects, leave notes in their files, and provide any other relevant data.
  • Work closely with Admissions Advisors to understand the decision-making process and potentially provide assistance with file completion.
  • If designated, represent Admissions during webinars or other recruitment events.
  • Provide support for Tropaia and Commencement.
