About The Position

Reporting to the Admissions Operations Administrator, the Admissions Operations Coordinator supports the university’s admissions process by working closely with admissions directors and counselor teams to manage and improve workflows within the university’s CRM system. This role helps ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students by developing effective procedures, coordinating resources, and improving day-to-day operations to support the university’s enrollment goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working with data and/or data system software
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Suite software
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities, detail orientation and the ability to handle multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously
  • Must have strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with people in a warm, professional manner
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond to changes in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle and work with interruptions during normal office hours

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • One year of experience in admissions in a university setting
  • Experience using CRM (customer relations management) software

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with admission directors and counselors to facilitate the admissions process for either the Traditional Undergraduate, Degree Completion, or Graduate / Seminary student populations and recruitment teams.
  • Be knowledgeable of Colleague, Slate dashboards, and data reports.
  • Be the main point of contact for Admissions Operations questions relating to designated student population.
  • Update student profiles in Colleague and Slate.
  • Collaborate with Admissions Director to expedite files for admission.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of applications to program directors.
  • Coordinate with program directors to facilitate the review of applications and the decision-making process.
  • Assist with occasional regional recruitment events.
