About The Position

The Admissions Lead at Discovery provides oversight and direction to the Admissions Department staff. This role involves interacting with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure an exceptional experience. The Admissions Lead is responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that optimize the performance of the Admissions Department. This includes acting as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training Admissions Liaisons and Admissions Coordinators, monitoring calls, providing feedback, and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Admissions with a proven record of exceptional performance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 – 4 years of experience in Behavior Healthcare Admissions is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting Director(s) with scheduling and staffing needs
• Provide oversight and direction to Admissions Liaisons and Coordinators in accordance with the department’s and organization’s policies and procedures
• Call monitoring and feedback
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesion
