About The Position
Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Admissions Director to join their team. Cypress Village is a 120 acre and wooded lakefront community in Jacksonville close to Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville beaches. Requirements
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Possess basic clinical knowledge to review and assess referrals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Skilled admissions experience preferred
- Knowledge of MCR, MCD, and experience with managing care plans
Responsibilities
- Tour the community and confidently answer questions related to admissions and processes
- Signing contracts with new residents
- Ensure daily census is complete and accurate
- Build and maintain relationships through marketing with local ALFs and surrounding hospital providers
- Maintain polite and professional telephone etiquette
