Admissions Counselors and Career Transition Specialist
About The Position
Paradigmworks Group Inc. is seeking Admissions Counselors to recruit, vet, and onboard students and is also seeking Career Transition Specialists to place graduates into trade-related jobs. Under the auspices of ParadigmWorks Group, Inc., this program is federally funded, providing free education in a trade and room and board to qualified older teens and young adults. In addition to trade certifications, students also receive academic enrichment and can earn their high school diploma or GED, receive a driver's license, and or continue on to community college or advanced training. The Admissions Counselor is that individual who can best reach and enroll qualified students. The Career Transition Specialist engages with employers and assists completers in finding suitable jobs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field or Associates degree with two years' related experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Retail or commissioned sales experience a Big Plus.
