Requirements

If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety
1 year of industry-related experience required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Dignified and compassionate character
Strong multitasking skills and sound judgement

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking admission to our programs
Conduct initial telephonic intake process professionally and efficiently
Carry out phone screening with compassion and respect, providing encouragement
Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) immediately upon creation of a lead
Record all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently
Facilitate the intake process by obtaining and verifying necessary documentation, including insurance information, identification, and medical records
Coordinate with respective facility to inform of all upcoming admissions, ensuring availability and timely admission
Arrange transportation to facility for any future admissions, if necessary
