Embark Greeley, is part of a nationally recognized leader in trauma-informed care, is seeking a warm, organized, and driven Full-Time Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As an Admissions Coordinator , you will be the welcoming face and guiding hand for families, referral partners, and professionals navigating the admissions process. Reporting to the Admissions Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, compassionate, and efficient experience from the first inquiry to enrollment. This is a highly interactive role that blends relationship-building, administrative precision, and mission-driven service. You will collaborate across departments and help families take the first step toward healing. In addition to assisting in all Admissions responsibilities, you will also command all Outcomes Administration to ensure that Embark in Greeley makes its mark as a premier facility by demonstrating outstanding Outcomes collection rates beginning at enrollment, through mid-treatment, discharge and post-treatment.

Requirements

  • Age: 21+ years of age or older
  • Education : Bachelor's in psychology or related field.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or conferences
  • Experience: Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Colorado state laws.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, referral sources, and treatment professionals.
  • Guide families through the admissions process with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Introduce families and clients to the Outcomes procedure while emphasizing the importance and value of engagement in surveys throughout the client and family’s tenure.
  • Develop and implement Outcomes collection methodologies and systems, flexing hours as needed to boost family participation and overall collection rates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual and in-person tours, enrollment meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and BestNotes; ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Develop a deep understanding of developmental trauma and Embark’s unique clinical model.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful admissions.
  • Learn and support funding processes including Medicaid, school district contracts, and Single Case Agreements.
