About The Position

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking highly skilled and passionate professionals to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need. This role involves working directly with families to help them get admitted to one of Embark's mental health treatment programs, conducting initial needs assessments, and coordinating the admission process. The Admissions/Sales Coordinator will also serve as a liaison with programs and other departments to facilitate getting children the help they need, become competent in Embark and industry programs, and enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce). Additionally, the role requires providing timely follow-up to web inquiries and participating in team and weekly meetings, bringing a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience working in behavioral health or healthcare admissions required.
  • Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and team work.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Bi lingual - Spanish to English desired.

Responsibilities

  • Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs.
