Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Admissions Coordinator. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker who understands how their role impacts patient care and is willing to advocate for patients to ensure access to life-changing care.

Requirements

• Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred. Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to function in position with minimal supervision
• Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
