Requirements

PCC experience is ideal
Admissions experience in a SNF
Ability to work collaboratively with our Marketer to ensure timely turnaround
Compassion for a vulnerable population

Responsibilities

You'll review potential admissions and work collaboratively with our Marketer and Admissions Director to ensure timely turnaround.
You'll meet with families and residents to ensure needs can be met through our services.
You'll work under supervision of our Admissions Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
