The Admissions Coordinator supports the sales department’s activities in the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes. This role is responsible for assisting the Admission Director in developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information to assist in their decision. The position also involves handling phone inquiries, conducting tours, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of admissions paperwork, facilitating a smooth transition for residents.
