About The Position

Christian Care Retirement Community is seeking a motivated and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team full-time! This is a key role focused on helping new residents and families experience a smooth, welcoming transition into our community. Christian Care Retirement Community is a non-profit, faith-based organization. We truly strive to give our residents the best quality and compassionate care that we can while instilling our Christian values. Our facility offers care for residents who are in different stages of their lives- including Assisted Living, Long-term and Short-term care- we provide daily opportunities for our team members to truly make a difference in someone's life. Requirements

• Indiana Licensed RN or LPN in good standing preferred OR Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in long-term care, healthcare admissions, or marketing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Managing referrals and admissions
• Communicating with hospitals, families, and providers
• Giving tours to prospective residents/families
• Building community and referral relationships
• Supporting census growth and resident satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance and accurate records
