About The Position

The Admissions Coordinator supports the Online Admissions team by ensuring all new student readiness requirements are completed accurately and on time. This role manages proof of graduation documentation, tracks electronic device orders, maintains reporting and record accuracy, and provides day to day administrative and communication support to ensure smooth enrollment operations. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Admissions - Online Studies, and plays a key role in supporting enrollment execution, compliance, reporting, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Order and track proof of graduation documentation for newly enrolled students.
  • Monitor transcript and graduation verification requests to ensure compliance prior to start.
  • Request and track transcript payment funds and maintain documentation logs.
  • Track and coordinate new student electronic device orders, including confirmations, shipping, inventory tracking, and distribution.
  • Communicate directly with students regarding outstanding admissions and start-readiness items.
  • Create and distribute daily appointment reports, to-do lists, end-of-day updates, and weekly performance reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of records within CRM and Campus Nexus; audit, document, and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain electronic student files in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, serving as a professional representative of Northbridge University.
  • Serve as first call resolution for the Online Admissions team, escalating issues as needed.
  • Schedule meetings for the Admissions team and assist with preparation for team events and meetings
  • Process incoming admissions-related mail and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory tracking for admissions-related materials and electronic devices.
  • Support quality assurance and internal audits related to admissions documentation.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Attend college graduation ceremonies
