About The Position
Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a highly organized, clear, direct, and mission-driven Admissions Coordinator. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of their work with minimal oversight, and understand how their role impacts patient care. The ideal candidate will advocate for patients and ensure access to life-changing care.
Requirements
- Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or health care related field preferred. Related admissions and medical insurance work experience will be considered in place of degree.
- Broad knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Able to function in position with minimal supervision.
- Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
