This position involves registering emergency patients promptly and accurately, creating accounts for all hospital-admitted patients, answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate areas, greeting patients and family members, maintaining all patient accounts for hospital appointments, managing the cash drawer, completing email requests, and contributing new ideas to their supervisor. The role requires scheduling flexibility to cover for absences and other duties as assigned.
