The role also includes documenting patient information accurately in medical records and other systems, assisting in maintaining a safe and clean environment, observing patient behaviors, and potentially obtaining vital signs. Additionally, the Admissions Assistant may assist with contraband searches, itemizing belongings, completing required documentation, assisting with incident reports, and providing or coordinating patient transportation.
