Paul Mitchell The School Memphis is looking for an enthusiastic Admissions and Marketing Advisor to help future professionals take the first step toward a rewarding career in the beauty industry. In this role, you'll guide prospective students through the admissions process, support enrollment growth, coordinate marketing and outreach efforts, and serve as a key partner in helping the school achieve its goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, customer service, or education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems and basic office technology
Social media and marketing knowledge
Ability to conduct campus tours and presentations
Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through enrollment.
Conduct campus tours and provide information about programs and tuition.
Maintain accurate admissions records and ensure all enrollment processes are completed in compliance with school policies and standards.
Oversee daily admissions operations.
Monitor inquiry and enrollment activity.
Support Admissions Advisors when applicable.
Collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies that increase enrollment and brand awareness.
Coordinate outreach activities, career fairs, open houses, and community events.
Help prospective students navigate the enrollment process from start to finish.
