Requirements

  • A high school diploma
  • Face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit initiative as a self-starter
  • Possess a strong drive to achieve assigned goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person

Nice To Haves

  • Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is preferred
  • Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
  • Completion of some college credits is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students through one of the most important decisions of their lives by introducing them to campus programs, building trust through thoughtful conversations, and managing the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Stay organized by tracking documentation and updating databases.
  • Follow up regularly to answer questions and remove barriers.
  • Connect with future students through calls, messages, appointments, and community outreach events.
  • Collaborate with teammates to support enrollment forecasting.
  • Participate in training that sharpens your skills.
  • Consistently uphold professionalism, compliance, and honesty while contributing to a positive, student-first workplace culture.
