About The Position

This is a full-time position providing counseling and sharing college information with prospective students and parents. This position conducts student interviews on and off-campus, visits high schools, makes group presentations about the college, and attends college fairs; develops a recruitment plan with a focus on diversity recruitment; analyzes, reviews, and makes recommendations on student admission and scholarship applications; organizes and coordinates alumni support teams in assigned market areas; reviews and analyzes data for planning purposes and participates in the development of the college's marketing and recruitment plan; participates as a team member in all aspects of the recruitment, selection, and admission of students in a goal-oriented setting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably from a private liberal arts college.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable to drive.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Foreign language skills, specifically Spanish, are preferred but not required.
