The Admission Processing Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator I) plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in supporting the admissions process at San Diego State University. As part of the First-Year Admissions Processing team, this position helps ensure that thousands of student applications, transcripts, and academic records are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with university, CSU, and state requirements. Working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, the coordinator reviews and processes applicant records, resolves data discrepancies, maintains the integrity of student information, and supports essential admissions workflows.
