About The Position

The University of Dayton, a Catholic, Marianist research university, is seeking an experienced admission or processing professional for the role of Processing Coordinator within the division of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM). The Enrollment Services team is dedicated to service excellence and innovation, supporting the recruitment, enrollment, and graduation of highly qualified students. This full-time, benefit-eligible position will provide outstanding support to students by managing the daily operations of Enrollment Services. The role involves processing and indexing application-related documents, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate student records across multiple systems. The Processing Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services and is responsible for the timely and detail-oriented processing of high school and college transcripts and related documentation for domestic and international undergraduate students. This position requires an innovative and agile spirit, with collaboration expected among Enrollment Services staff, division teams, and campus partners to ensure efficient, compliant, and student-centered service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of data entry and related office experience
  • Computer skills are essential; experience with Word, Gmail, Excel, Google Drive, Zoom, and the Internet is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, in groups, and one-on-one
  • Must be self-directed and able to work without close supervision
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to exercise judgment and prioritize a variety of tasks, as well as work with deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with material of a confidential nature
  • Ability to type and complete data entry with accuracy
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The University does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in application processing, particularly within higher education
  • Knowledge/working experience with Salesforce, Banner, Axiom, or other CRM, SIS, data management systems
  • Demonstrated experience working with international students or immigration processes
