About The Position
The Administrator is responsible for engaging the team, managing operations and metrics, and setting the pace and culture of the center. This role involves creating a partnership with the clinical team, driving census, and focusing on employee retention in a fast-paced environment, with support from a regional team to achieve excellent patient care.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility
- Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
- Understanding of ROI, QMs and building metrics
