About The Position
Telecare is seeking an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center #270 in Stanwood, Washington. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity responsible for driving outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security. The Administrator serves as the operational leader of the program, overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and partnership with State and County stakeholders. This role works closely with corporate departments, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required, preferably in Business, Social Services, Public Health, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Minimum four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting
- Minimum two (2) years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing oversight
- Strong understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and Recovery Model principles
- Ability to lead clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the facility
- Participation in the Administrator on-call rotation for evenings and weekends is required

Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center #270.
- Drive outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Partner with State and County stakeholders.
- Work closely with corporate departments, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-centered care.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, recovery-focused care and strong regulatory compliance.
- Build a positive culture focused on retention, accountability, teamwork, and staff development.
- Maintain strong partnerships with county agencies, referral sources, families, and community stakeholders.
- Operate responsibly within budget while supporting sustainable program success.
- Lead clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
- Participate in the Administrator on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
