About The Position

Oversee the medical clinic 330 grant programs requirements (primary care, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services) Responsible for the management of all the Community Health Clinic sites to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Supervises Chief Medical Officer, Chief Pharmacy Operations Officer, Office Manager, Chief Behavioral Health Officer, Dental Director (?), billing dept., and Quality Improvement Specialist Oversee administrative operations and procedures, i.e., governance, procurement, grant management, outreach activities, processes, and workflow Represent CC Idaho to the community, local, regional, state, and federal agencies and/or boards; include serving on community boards and committees Hire, train, supervise, evaluate performance, including disciplinary action and termination of direct report employees Complete and submit reports to the Health Resources and Services Administration, (HRSA), other funding sources, and governing body Identify and outsource facility maintenance issues Lead and/or assist in the development and management of multiple service budgets Work as part of a team and exhibit competent and effective leadership skills Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to cultural issues and community practices of children and families with little or no access to healthcare Prioritize activities, manage time, meet deadlines and stay focused and professional under pressure Maintain CC Idaho’s standards of confidentiality and HIPPA requirements for patient records. Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with CC Idaho policies, Joint Commission, OSHA regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or public health field
  • Ability to write and communicate high level correspondence, reports, policies and procedures.
  • 5 years’ experience in health field management
  • Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Must pass a background check
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in public health or business administration
  • 10 years’ experience in health field management
  • Experience working in a FQHC or other non-profit health service program
